About Me
Hello and welcome. I’m a warm, compassionate counsellor with training in Relationship Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Integrative approaches to counselling and psychotherapy.
I have experience supporting individuals and couples through many of life’s ups and downs, and I always tailor each session to suit your unique situation and needs.
I’m passionate about helping people build resilience, self-awareness, and more fulfilling relationships. My aim is to offer a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can talk things through at your own pace, feel truly heard, and find practical ways forward.
I genuinely love what I do and feel privileged to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and discover new strengths within themselves.

How I Work as a Relationship Counsellor
I’m an experienced counsellor providing a safe, confidential space for individuals and couples who are facing challenges in their relationships. Whether it’s difficulties with your partner, a child, a family member, a friend, or even a colleague, I’m here to help you explore how these issues are affecting your life and well-being.
My approach is collaborative— we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you, finding practical ways to improve understanding, rebuild trust, and strengthen communication. I help clients work through a wide range of concerns, including conflict, infidelity, loss of emotional or physical connection, parenting struggles, extended family tensions, separation, and divorce.

I am also a CBT Practitioner and work with individuals who need help and support dealing with the challenges of everyday life including depression, general anxiety, health anxiety, social anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, work related stress, self harm & suicide.

I offer an integrative and multicultural approach to counselling and I combine techniques from various therapeutic models to help my clients. My training recognises the impact of culture on a client's experiences and worldview.
I aim to provide culturally responsive care that is tailored to individual needs, considering factors like race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic status.

I am also a qualified yoga teacher and teach regular classes, workshops and retreats to help people restore and rebalance when they need to.
